The Flightways Fuel Rewards Program is our loyalty program designed to thank you for fueling with us at Flightways Columbus. Earn stamps for your fuel purchases and redeem them for exclusive rewards.

Bring your Flightways Fuel Rewards card every time you fuel. For every $100 spent on Avgas or $300 spent on Jet A, you’ll earn one stamp. Once your rewards card has 10 stamps, you may:

  • Redeem it for a Tier 1 reward, or
  • Start a new card and save your stamps toward higher-tier rewards.

Rewards are available across multiple tiers. See the chart below for details on rewards and the number of cards required. Please note: Rewards are subject to change based on availability of item during redemption.

No sign-up is required! Simply stop by the FBO front desk and ask for a Flightways Fuel Rewards card to start earning today.

No. The Flightways Fuel Rewards Program is completely free to join.

Please keep your Flightways Fuel Rewards card safe, as stamps on lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or transferred. If your Flightways Fuel Rewards card is lost or stolen, simply stop by the front desk to request a new one and start fresh.

Yes. Tiers 2–5 require multiple completed cards to earn a reward. The tier number equals the number of full cards needed to claim that reward.

No. Flightways Fuel Rewards cards do not expire, so you can keep collecting stamps at your own pace.

No. Each Flightways Fuel Rewards card is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred to another customer.

Only retail fuel purchases are eligible for stamps. Contract fuel purchases do not qualify.

To redeem a reward, bring your completed Flightways Fuel Rewards card(s) to the front desk. Each rewards card must have 10 stamps. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with a reward redemption form to fill out with your information and reward choice. Rewards can either be mailed directly to you or picked up at the FBO.

No. Rewards are tracked using physical cards only. You must present your Flightways Fuel Rewards card(s) at the time of fuel purchase to receive a stamp and again when redeeming your reward. There is no separate online tracker or mobile app for the Flightways Fuel Rewards Program.
